Newspaper from the 50's. Coolest Find EVER!
So I haven't updated in over a week because I haven't been near a computer long enough to do so. Even today I'm super busy as I'm heading back to Hamilton to help my little sister re-do her new house.
However I really want to share something cool we found on Monday when ripping up the floor in her house: A newspaper from the 50s! More specifically a copy of the Hamilton Spectator from Wednesday April 4th, 1956.
As soon as I saw it I was so overcome with excitement because I love anything 50s! Luckily for me I had my camera on me so I took a few photos of it to share with you.
As for the paper itself we are going to have sections of it framed to put up in her living room.
I wish dresses were still $3.98 to purchase! And not only that, they are size 12-20. No size 0.
Oh to have lived in the 50's...
